So sorry for your loss of Jake 5 is such a young age for them to cross the bridge, I know how you feel missing him I have 3 now and I lost my Harley in July still cry for him I have his nephew who is so like him I swear Harley is up there pulling strings on his nephew.

I am so very sorry to learn of your painful loss of Jake. 5 years is not nearly long enough! I'm sorry also for the course this condition must have taken you both through. I picture Jake running free through the fields, napping, chasing butterflies. I'm sure by now he has already met up with my Jake and is playing tug with big sticks! May time ease some of your pain and bring in soft and precious memories of your beautiful dark boy turned angel Jake.
