Boxer Booster
i think i'm emotionally more dependent on my poor dog than the other way around
am i the only one who is the clingy one in relation to my boxer?
i probably need a therapeut
I can't help wanting to kiss and hug Pepik every time (almost) I pass by. he is just lying there and practically never asks for affection except for when i want to see a movie - then he brings his toys
...
It's just so hard to stay away from him because he's so unbearably cute.
I try to keep in Caesar Millan's rules for a happy dog
1. exercise
2. discipline
and only as no.3! affection.
It's hard. but i struggle.
If Pepik was a chihuahua I'd probably carry him everywhere I go, poor pup. I feel silly but this is how i feel.
Is it true that rescues are more clingy because they are afraid of being abandoned. Pepik is not a rescue so i wonder if taking love for granted because it's available for free all the time is a trait that is typical for non rescues who have it all from the beginning.haha
