Hi Jill, Im glad to see I am not the only one having this problem. My girl just turned one year and I am still having problems with her. She rarely poops in the house, but always has pee pee accidents. I have tried everything from taking her out 10 times a day to praising her continously. I am not going to have her tied up to me when Im home all day long. When she is out, I do keep my eye on her and rarely let her out my sight. I think if I had her tied to me she would probably pull my arm out of socket. She holds it all night, at least 8 hours and can hodl it in her crate when Im at work, therefore this leads me to believe that it is a behavioral problem. I have read the "Culture Clash" and have had no progress. Sometimes my girl will pee right in front of me. She knows she did wrong because after she will run and hide. She gives me no sign whatsoever that she has to go, thats what the problem is for me, no whining, barking, going by the door, NOTHING. Is this the problem for you too? I love my dog to death and would never give her up for anything. Im hoping she will grow out of this stage. Until then I will just have to keep dealing with it. Dont lose hope on your baby. I havent. Would you give your child up if they continued to wet the bed?
