Hurray for Petco...finally a decent premium brand

I went to petco to get a bag of NB sweet potato and venison, and I was shocked when in the same row I saw they now stock Solid Gold!. I am so happy, I had been wanting to put him on the Barking at the moon grainless... now I can at a decent price and its close to home.

I was so excited when I went online and saw they started carrying it. I went to Petco and they did have it, but only in a little bag! :(

I just got a 33# bag of BATM for Pearl! I am so glad they have started stocking something good. I wonder if they carry Solid Gold for cats too?

My petco has carried solid gold for years and it’s always very popular. It’s usually flying off the shelves! They must have tested it out in a few states before they expanded everywhere. Good for them!

I know what you mean......we have a Petco within 2 miles from our house and I was extremley excited when I saw Solid Gold on the shelves appicon

Now we don't have to drive far at all for thier food It about time....now they need to kick some of thier other food out and replace it with good quality food.

never heard of solid gold food my GDOGS has been on hills since we first brought him home,guess i might have to look into this.he does get blue on occasion though.does anybody know if they sell this solid gold @ petsmart??thanx

Unfortunately no, Petsmart doesn't sell Solid Gold. They haven't gotten the clue yet that selling a decent brand of kibble would bring them more business It would be nice though, becuase I live near a Petsmart and the closest Petco is more than 100 miles away...

I went to the Petco near me today, and I saw most of the Solid Gold flavors... except that Petco doesn't carry Barking at the Moon... At least this one doesn't.

I saw many of the Natural Balance foods also. Nice to see Petco carry a couple good brands. Petsmart still only carries junky foods.
