How to keep furniture clean?

We just bought a microfiber set last fall and it's been great. I do cover the seats tho with cheap ($3.95) fleece blankets from WalMart. They are the perfect size. I put one long way on the couch and tuck it under the back cushions and under the seat cushions. I do the same with the love seat only I put it on the short way. They stay on really well - very rarely do I have to re-tuck. I just throw them in the washer once a week.

I'm a face wiper too. Duke doesn't love it but he lets me wipe with a rag after he drinks. His favorite spot to dry off his face is along the side of the bed--hitting the comforter and the dust ruffle all at the same time!

I haven't noticed any trouble yet with this. Maybe it's because Buster's only 4 months old. He does get into the sofa and chairs as much as possible and sleeps in my bed at night, but so far, so good. I am waiting until the puppy chewing etc. is done before I replace my furniture though...just to be on the safe side.

we have a tan microfiber couch and chair set and it does great, no stains and hair is removed easily. We have tried to keep the dogs off the couch but they love cuddling so much and we love cuddling them that we just gave up!
