I know what you mean!

I don't even have a boxer here yet...my baby is due in March, and my roommate said that if he ever messes with her cat she'll kick him in the head! (her cat is so mean and ate my fish!). Needless to say she won't be my roommate when the pup gets here and we aren't really good friends anymore...people who don't like dogs have something wrong with them!

I do the same thing!! Normally mine will bark bc they are super excited someone is there, but if they growl and their hair sticks up I take that as a bad sign. Good thing for me all my family likes dogs and my roomates love them as much as I do!!

I totally agree too! My BIL came over to visit last night and brought his new girlfriend with him and of course the boys were all over her to meet the new person in our house and she didn't budge or move an inch. How can you not love or be afraid of two wiggling butts wanting to greet you with hugs and kisses. She backed herself up against the door and that's where she stayed the whole time. I can already tell she won't be invited over any more.

I just though of something. I have never met a person Zoey hasn't liked. She loves meeting new people!

My Zoe loves meeting new people too! Only once has she acted like she didn't like someone. it was weird because this truck pulled up in the back parking lot at work while I was walking her and this young man ran over and jumped in. Normally she would try to bolt to see someone new, but this time she looked at the guy and barked. She kept barking even as the truck was almost out of sight. Really made me wonder what the story was with that guy as normally she can't wait to meet someone new.
