I have a job that SOMETIMES lets me get on here. (like now) I haven't been able to get on in a few days though. I was starting to have withdrawals...

I have a 2 pups both under 5 months old., 2 cats, 2 kids (ages 4 and 13) a hubby, a full time job and hubby runs our business. I have the luxery of working from home. I am normally up at 4:30 am to work and I am done by 11:30am or so..lots of times I will work 4:30a-9:30am and then a couple of hours in the evening when the kids hit the sheets :)

Of course I am supposed to be devoting my time 100% to my job when I am on the clock..but I do find a few minutes here and there to read/post. Most of my posts were incurred during my angelicons diagnosis of lymphoma and the 6 wks after ward that she lived..:( and then again most posts started when I got the Brat Pack.

I am not working at the moment so I have lots of time, between looking after my children and 3 boxers! :)

I should get out more but then that would mean I would have to spend less time with my fur kids who I usually prefer to people anyway

Me too :)

I don't have the time ...I nick the time I'm here!!..
I I'll get on the computer and BW, while I'm doing the dinner etc, I'll leave the computer signed in to BW, and keep popping back between chores to see whats happening...I'm lucky I don't have to work weekends or bank holidays, so of course, I'm here quite a bit then too..It's VERY addictive, and when I'm supposed to be doing work on the computer, I find myself clicking back to BW :)

Ditto for me too Marion. ;)
I come on here also for a bit of R & R.
I'm not a great TV watcher so while the dogs are sleeping and everyone else is watching Tv or whatever I come on here in between doing other stuff.

The times I've had a pan boil dry because I've got so engrossed on here
And when I'm supposed to be doing my hubby's invoices he walks up behind me and comments how that looks nothing like a quote or an invoice

I have grown children and two boxers. I also work part time that some weeks is full time. I don't watch much tv which is what my DH likes to do. So, I come on here early in the morning and when I'm not watching tv. I know I should get a life but I like the way it is. Now that it is summer I will probably be out in the garden. Love being outside. Right now everyone is sleeping except me and my babies.

I've been off all week so I've been on a lot and it's been fun. Now I have to go back to work tomorrow :( so I'll go back to my regular schedule, which usually is once I get home from work. I work FT right now, although I'm going to cut back to PT now that Raiden is home and there are 3 babies to take care of! I usually also go on after dinner since I'm not a real big tv person.

Well I get on here most days. usually at night while DH is cooking dinner. YES i have one of those who does all the cooking!

My babies are usually sleeping on the lounge while im typing away.

I only found Boxerworld about 3 months ago when my boy was diagnosed with severe aortic stenosis and it has been just fantastic for me.

I know I can get on here and ask any question about Thais condition and somone out there in this world will have an answer or at least their thoughts on it.

I would have been lost without BW these past months.
I also come home at lunchtime to check on Thai so I jump on then too to see whats going on. I actaully get excited if I havent been on for a few days because I know there will be heaps to catch up on.

yeah I know... I need to get a life too... but I dont want too. At least when Im on here Im not out spending money... thats my logic anyway... works for me

The only time I can get on here is when I´m at work, mainly in the afternoon when the boss is not here. At weekends and bank holidays its impossible as I have to catch up with everything at home and when that it done we love to get out of the house. Also when I get home the last thing I want to do is look at another computer screen as that´s what I do all day.

I work on a computer, so luckily, I can check in throughout the day when I am at work. There are so many posts I'd like to chime in on, but I usually only do when I feel Ihave someting new to contribute. I joined 3 years ago, but most of my posts have been in the past 6 months when I started getting caught up in the lives of other members; Donna & Blizzy, Michele and Lexus, The boxer rescued at the horse show, Jill & her husband being overseas, and of course all the antics of dogs like Knuckles, Gracie, Dozer, Ruby and all.

I'm most proud of starting the "Today My Boxer..." thread; great stories, but I wonder what happened to the soldier, Dave23 who is in Iraq that I started the thread for. He was missing his boy Winston and I started the thread so he could live vicariously through the other dog owners. I'll wish his a happy Memorial Day and hopefully he knows we are thinking of him, and all our soldiers, today and every day.
