You can get all the books you need on the internet. I did lots of research before switching my guys (and gal) to barf and it's not really a big deal, though I was real nervous at first. I just feed them what I would feed my kids, only I don't cook it. They get chicken wings, necks, backs, beef kidneys, heart and liver and a fish meal one night a week. With veggie mush about every other day. The diet is pretty flexible, total nutrition "over time", meaning that if you can't feed veggies for a week, don't stress.
