Hough much is high temp for Boxers?

Please help us, identify the problem.
Our Cookie is 9 months old. She is having skin problem, loosing weight.
From about a month temp is above 32 in the house.
10 days back, she developed bumps all over the body. We took her to Vet Clinic next morning. After four injections, Avil tablet and ointment, she became normal.
However bumps are appearing and disappearing. They are like big pimples.
De-worming tablets were given 5 days back. She is not peeing nor consuming her regular quota of water.
She likes to play with my hand, play biting. Hand gets covered with saliva, after some time hand starts itching. I have to wash for the itching to disappear. When she gets the itch, she bits the area and licks. Coat becomes wet due to this. As my hand gets itchy her body also might be getting itchy. We are confused. She comes running to the bathroom whenever I go for a bath. Now I think, washing off saliva gives relief to her. However we apply shampoo (herbal) once in two months or so.
Before getting Cookie we checked on the web. Boxer is suited for warm countries is what we could learn.
Now we are confused. Vet says it is an allergic condition only we can pin point. Her normal body temp is around 102.2. Every time we visit the clinic, we are informed that she is having fever.
We are thankful for any kind advice.

OK, I know you are in India, and I/m in the NE US, but 95F is extremely hot for a boxer. Remember, because they are a "flat faced" breed they are very sensitive to heat and cold.
Personally, I keep my house at 70-72F, but again, I'm not in India.
If she is uncomfortable in the house above 82F, can you keep the air/fan on, so that it doesn't get above that temp.?
I can't take Remy out for very long once the temp hits 75F, she just gets to hot.

Tyson had a heat stroke from being outside too long in the summer. (He was out about an hour) Ever since, he doesn't like being in the heat. We keep our house temp. between 70-75. The cooler the better for him. He sleeps better at night when the temp is low. Tyson doesn't even like to play outside when it's too hot. You may want to try a fan or have a cooler place in the house that doesn't get alot of sunlight.

Last night I started checking Temp at various places. NY, UK, Berlin all are at around 30 C in the afternoon. This knowledge was confusing. Here meter shows 31 and 33.5 C.
That explains Cookie sleeping like a baby when AC is on. We cannot afford to run all AC’s on all the time. I will try and keep one on in the summer.

Boxers do not do well in extreme temperatures - 91+ degrees F is very hot. My boy will go to the kitchen and lay on the cool tile floor when he gets hot, and that is a sign for us to turn the AC on (usually 78 F inside). Please see if you can find a cooler place for Cookie, and you can water her down to keep her cooler and more comfortable too. You mentioned that she is not peeing or consuming her regular quota of water - does she appear ill? Perhaps you should take her to the vet and have her checked. The biting and licking might be from an allergy. Good luck and let us know how she's doing.

Yesterday I had given her some ice cubes and tender coconut water. Today she has peed twice. Yellow in color, but I think it is clearing up. From the time I read your kind helpful suggestions, I have kept one AC on, at 75 F. She is sleeping now. Just checked, outside temp is 104 F.

Mine do not do well when the temp gets above the mid 80's.
If you have a fan she can be near, that may help her too.
Ice is a great way to help keep her cool, you can also put ice in her water.
Mine love it when I do that...they chase the ice cubes and usually end up with wet faces (and floor)

Oh, it is VERY hot in Bombay!!! I'm glad to hear that Cookie is taking water by way of ice cubes and coconut water 
and that you have changed the temperature to keep her cooler - I bet she is very happy, and I'm sure, thanks you very much. The heat is something we all have to watch when the summer weather comes because it's not good for our babies to get overheated. My boy, Grunt, is not too happy that he can only go for 2 walks a day in the summer - one very early in the morning, and one after the sun goes down. When the weather is cooler, he gets 4 walks a day!! Let us know how Cookie is doing - she is lucky to have a dad who cares so much about her.

Man thats hot! I dont' envy you or your pup. We got Luke a cooling mat a few years ago. He loves it! He always lays on it when he's hot. Plus we have fans going all the time and windows open in the summer. The cooling mat is suppose to regulate their body temperature. They can even lay on it when their cold and it pushes their temperature up. Here is a link for it.
