Well we did end up with the tickets and they were great seats!! We ended up 13 rows behind the Canadiens bench. I had a blast although the officiating was just awful!! Of course I'm partial to the B's, but I couldn't believe some of things that were called (and things that were not called). Then the game went into overtime. I was so worried it would be one of those long, drawn out, 3 overtime period games. Thankfully the B's scored rather quickly and ended the game. Now they're 2-0, I'm hoping for a sweep!! :D

Avs went up 2-0 over the stars, and look like they have woken up from the slumber they spent the last 2 months in... now hopefully the pioneers can win a national championship tonight, and it will be a great hockey weekend for the state of Colorado..

Mandy - my guys said the same exact thing - lousy refs - my son said he's going to start an "eyeglass fund" for the refs! I know the refs try not to favor the home team on home ice but these refs went completely the other way! Can't wait till tomorrow's game!

Well it was a great game... and thankfully DU WON!!!! PIONEERS NATIONAL CHAMPS!!!! You have to like the sound of that I know I do!!

The Wings won game 2. They didn't play that good. Last goal was just lucky. Now on to Nashville today at 4.

It was very hard to watch the game yesterday because Casey was standing with her paws on the armrest and I had to try and see over her. Then I wanted to lay down and she sat on me and lots of kisses everytime I told her to move. So I had to sit back up to see the rest of the game.

Nashville beat my Wings yesterday, I'm bummed out. I made chicken wings for dinner last night and hubby told me last time when they where in the play off I made wings for dinner they lost that game too. Know more chicken wings tell play off are over. I least my wing dinner was good.

Don't feel to bad Nancy... I don't see any possible way that Predators can eliminate the Wings. Although, I have been shocked with similar series in the past.

My B's also dropped game 3. It's like none of them showed up to really play last night. Granted one of our key players (Nylander) was out, but still that's no excuse. Hopefully, they'll come back strong for game 4. I was really hoping for a sweep though. :(
