New to the board. Im looking forward to gathering as much knowledge as possible from everyone here. I am trying to do all of the research that i possibly can before I purchase my new boxer pup. Definitely looking forward to the addition to the family. No doubt that it will be a white boxer pup. Trying to find a reputible breeder in PA which seems almost impossible.

Welcome to BW! There are quite a few Philly area folks on board already :)

As you search for your new pup, don't forget to check out rescues. We actually have three right now (along with close to 70 others...).

Thank you.
Honestly I've looked at rescues and they've all basically told me that is rare for them to ever have puppies. Im not interested in a full grown dog. I want a puppy that can grow with my son and family. I cant believe that its this hard to find a reputable breeder thats not a Lancaster puppy mill in the area. Its pretty frustrating.

We have 2 three month old and two six month old pups right now. And another couple under a year old. It's generally true that rescues don't get puppies often, but we've definitely seen an increase over the last two years. And many people who want to adopt don't necessarily want to deal with a puppy - they want a dog who is already house broken - so sometimes puppies end up taking several weeks to place. I fostered one last year who was with me for over two months.
At least take a look!

I agree, having a pup thats already housetrained is definitely a plus. I've looked on the site but I dont see any pups listed.
