Help Please!

Hey everybody! Can anyone help me out? I am trying to upload pics of Vegas in the gallery, however all of my pics are over the 100k file size limit. How do I down size a picture file in order to be able to post the pics in the gallery? Thanks to anyone who can help me out..... I am not the best on the computer.
