Thank you all for the great names...you all really got me thinking. Right now we are pausing at Shylah. Kind of like one one your suggestions (Shylo). I looked up name at a baby namer website. Names with the meaning of STRONG. Shylah is a soft but strong. Of course this one is not concrete either. Love Roxie, but it's my brother IL's cats' name.

How we named
We named SKetch because of the first things he tended to do when we picked him up from the breeder. If he was a girl though, I am not sure if there is a female version of sketch...*thinks*

my sister-inlaw had a female dog named tabitha(i hoped i spelled it right). i always thought that was a pretty name for a female dog. and she was a smart dog to, so the name fit her. Or you could use the name Dutchess, that is what i named my horse. it didn't sound right at first but the longer i had her it fit her perfect cause she was so prissy she didn't like her holves getting dirty.

Congrats on your new pup! Our Dharma just gave birth to three pups last night. My 4-yr named the only female Daisy too. I love that name, but for someone who ready to rumble the name Storm should say it all. Girlish but strong! Good luck!

I think Cheyenne pronounced {Shy-anne} would be a solid female name that is a strong sounding name. Whatever name you eventually pick will fit your girl to a tee.

When i got katie, it took me almost 2 days to find a name that fit her personality. i just watched her and would call names out at random that i found on a celtic names website, i just started at A and kept going till one fit! Thank goodness Kaitlin fit mighta been there all week otherwise. So, you might want wait till you get to spend time with her, that way the name will fit the personality
