Okay, so we named our beautiful Boxer girl "Dutch" after Ron Reagan. Now, people always think she's a boy because of her name..... so we started calling her Dutchiedoo. <this is so silly> I wanted to get her a collar that has her name stiched into it, I"m sure you've seen them, and I thought I'd put her name on it as "Dutch E. Doo". <Now it's REALLY silly> So, what I'm asking is for advice on how to answer the inevitable question.....

What does the "E" stand for?

exhuberant?? exhausting??

I like the sound of Dutch-Ella Doo, otherwise a variation of Duchess might work.
Maybe Dutch Edie Doo Da (...Dutch Edie Day... my oh my what a wonderful day... plenty of sunshine, coming my way...)

Actually we love the name "Dutchiedoo" and she almost smiles when we call her that... you know how human our furbabies are....

I'm looking for something funny to use as the "E"...

How about Edie - which means "treasure". I haven't seen it here yet.
Dutch Edie sounds alot like Dutchie if you ask me...

I also like Ella like everyone else does.. And Emma has a nice ring to it too!
