with some digital cameras it is not so much the size of the image that designates how big it is in Kbytes but rather the quality. If you have your camera set to take the best quality picture it can than there are going to be more DPI(dots per inch) in the same given area. For example, if you have your camera set to take a standard quality pic then there may be 1000 dots per inch(this is hypothetical) but if you change it to take a better quality pic then there may be 5000 dots per inch which takes up 5 times the amout of space on your pc. This is how 2 pics of the same size 1" x 1" can be so different when it comes to space on disk. Try taking a lower quality pic(there should be a setting on the camera and how many pics the camera can hold at that setting) The more pictures the camera can hold in memory then the smaller the file size will be of each pic. Hope this helps:)

OK THANKS FIRST OF ALL TO EVERYONES HELP !!
And for future reference for anyone that has this proplem.
As notes in the previous post lower the resolution to enable camera to hold more pics,And mine still had to large of file,So I had to take some color out of the pic and when you go to save it to what ever file is ask for a quality amount(It wants to always save at about 90% or so I dropped mine to around 45%) that you want the pics resolution to be saved or just basicaly the quality of the pic.So I was able to get the pic down loaded for all of you to see,The color of him is not as red as he is but the pick is large so you can get the feeling I get when I see that face,But the main thing the file was able to go threw. On my PC the pic is absulutly awesome but has a file size of 978k and the pic you will be looking at is right at 100K.I really wanted everyone to see a high quality pic that represents his true colors and destinctive features,But you will get the idea by the pic. After you edit the pic I learned that you can right click on it to check the file size-I learning this PC stuff)Main thing is that we all can enjoy looking at everyones pride and joys and our family members. This is a great site and to all new comers you will not find a better group of people that are willing to go out of there way in any form to help.Must be special people we own boxers-LOL
So thanks for all the help
And in the mourning Nitro goes for his complete Cardeo work up to make sure his heart has no flaws,So he will be able to be neuterd soon,Some people say that is to much detail for just getting neutered,But after taking to my vet,She says that it is a have to if she does the surgery,And the Heart specialist says it is good to know just incase there is a flaw with is heart it can be detected early enough to do something about it,So I am in agreence with that myself. So lets all keep our fingers crossed that he is in perfect health. He has been threw alot in such a short time.He is my dude.I am praying that he is fine.
I meet two people at the park with boxers,One there dog has an inlarged heart and is limited to activities and basic life span she said,And the other has a puppy,They lost there 5 year old last year to a heart murmor(over look my spelling please)It was detected only about 6 mo. or so before his death,Doctor said if it was found in his youth,Preventions could have been tooken to prolong his life.So they agree witha full cardeo work up on a Boxer and I do to.
I got nitro for free, even if I paid 1000.00 for him whats $250.00 for a cardeo work up just to know if there is anything wrong.Just to make sure He spends as much time on this earth as possable.
I know this is a long post,Thanks for being there and all you alls help.

Heart work up definately, I just got a cancer scare with Reba. On her back Right Leg the last 3 day a lump about the size of a dime and it grew fast and it bothers her. We went to vet today and she said this is pretty common in young dogs. It is a growth but a benign growth and if it does not go down within a few weeks she will have to remove it. Here I am and her and Jeff are wrestling right behind me. Their tests have all come back clear but now I just worry about the caner threats. I hope things go well with Nitro Man and let us know.

Hear murmur

Delilah has a heart murmur grade three. She is two. She has had so many surgeries in Feb. that it ws detected while she was at the hospital. The doctor told me that is was not that bad that she needs to be on meds right now. They caught hers early. it is always a good idea to have the work up.

To all that has been on this thread with me and Nitro,We just got back fro the Cardio Vet,And we have been blesses.Ultrasound and EKG are perfect,Doctor said test where so outstanding that no xrays were needed,Was very cool looking at each heart valve as is funtioned and each muscle of the heart as it worked,And than switch the machine to measure size of each item(muscles, valves and arteries).EKG was pretty cool too,As we noticed the monitor a dog walked by the room and Nitros rate went up 100 from where it was at 120 to over 210 and in a matter of seconds it went right back down,That was pretty cool to see.Doctor was quit amazed at his heart condition,He was talking all this murmor and artery and heart valve and mussle mumbo jumbo,That is serious, but Terms I did not understand,But he said as of right now Nitro is In awesome condition,He siad that it can change as he gets older though,So he said If I can afford it.In his opinion Boxers should be done every 6 months,But at least once a year.(Cost was $212.00)Depends on what the owner wants. But if I see any difference in his actions to have it done ASAP.Now all he wants is a blood culture done,He said to make sure that Nitro's blood can break down the anesthesia that will be used to put him under for neutering.I have to say that I like the idea of knowing the real condition of his heart,Some may say it is a waste of money,And yes at this time,Money is real tight I lost a week of work,Tore my back out and had to miss a week,No pay for it either,But yet It was worth the vet bill to know,Really eases thing at home with Nitro.
So thanks for listening and to all you Guys that made me and Nitro feel right at home,As we a new comers to this site and have received a very warm welcome and helpful information.
Thanks Dwayne and Nitro
