Hi there! My name is Mariah and my boyfriend and I just got our first puppy! She is a Flashy female brindle named Roxy. She is almost 10 weeks old. We live in a suburb of Madison, and just bought our first home about two months ago. With a big backyard we thought it would be the perfect place for a new puppy to play.
I'm a hairdresser and manager at a salon here in our town. Stephen(the b/f) is a marketing assistant for Holt Products in Madison. Our schedules work out well for Roxy as I work 12-8 and Stephen works 8-4. She is never home for more than 5 hours at time.
My sister and her husband got their first puppy last year his name is Turbo and he is a blue-merle shelty. Turbo and Roxy have become good buddies! We have found that most other dogs get along with Roxy well. She is an exteremly playful pup! I didn't know how much energy I would need for her but holy cow! She is perfect for getting ready for a family! I hope someday she will welcome new additions (children) with us to our family.
