Boxer Pal
Hello to everyone. My name is Sarah and I'm a proud boxer owner. My first true boxer love was a white, 80-pound male named DMX. DMX lives with his dad now in a different town, but is still treated like a prince (and I miss him very much).
My boxer-in-residence now is a 50-pound, brindle male: Miles Davis. He's an adoptee from a local shelter and appears to be pure-bred. He even has a docked tail (but natural ears, thank goodness)! He was found as a stray in Petal, MS and hung out at the shelter for 10+ days until I finally got to take him home. He came with a bad case of kennel cough (now cleared up), some allergies (under control), and a propensity for breaking his kennel (on his 3rd one in 4 months now). He is excellent at walking on the leash and loves to jump and run (I've NEVER seen a dog run as fast, as far, or as long). He's been estimated to be anywhere from 10 months to 2 years; however, I'm certain he's on the younger end, given his teeth, gait, and very puppy-like behavior. He's the best thing that has happened to me in graduate school and EVERYONE who meets him falls in love instantly!
