Boxer Pal
Hi! My husband and I just brought our first boxer home yesterday. I lost my other dog, Chewbacca (pekengese) about a year ago and have just got to the point that I thought I could handle another one. My sister has a boxer and the family loves her. She is a great family dog so I thought that a boxer would be great for us, too. So far so good.
It was funny (well not really), when we were on our way to pick Seiko up from the breeder, I was overwhelmed with grief again for my dog, Chewbacca. Cried the whole way there. But the moment I saw my little boy I felt it was going to be o.k. to move on. So far he has been a joy and my son (8) is perfectly content to play and snuggle and love our new family member. They are best buds already. This little guy will not be lacking in the love department! Nice to meet you all!
