AxelandKona
Boxer Pal
My name is De and I am a proud Boxer mama to Kona. She is 6 years young now and is definitely my little girl. I have fallen in love with this breed and although I have owned other breeds throught my lifetime, from the smallest (both Chi's and minpins-one which I currently own now) to a whopping mastiff/rottie mix who maxed out at 135# and could not understand why he wasn't allowed on our laps, LOL. I previously owned a boxer boy named Axel who stole my heart. He was my friend when days were blue or sunny. He never failed to bring a smile to everyone's face. He loved all, big or small. I miss him dearly. Ah, but Miss "Bella" Kona which translates to beautiful lady sticks by my side. Now that I am disabled, she takes care of me. If anyone asks me what kind of dog to get for their family, I never hesitate to say, you can never go wrong with a boxer. They will steal your heart and fill your life with so much love an joy you cannot imagine your life without them. Though silly, playful, clownlike at times, never a more loyal companion can be found.
Intelligent, youthful, protective yet not agressive, a perfect pet indeed. I am so grateful I have come to know and love them.
