Hello Boxer World

Hi I'm new here, just coming to check it out. I'm the proud momma of a white boxer named Reggie he is 1/2 American lines and half European lines. He'll be 7 on the 25th and still healthy and doing great. He's not deaf, but as all boxer owners know he has selective hearing LOL. He loves fruits and vegetables, and other food item. Reggie has his Canine Good Citizenship and is quite the perfect gentleman most of the time (I say most because hey in the most polite person can have a crabby day).

We currently live in Central Germany, near Frankfurt. Reggie shares his house with of course me and my husband, and then we have a basenji and a cat. The three of them are all best friends. We show our basenji, so Reggie gets to go with us to all the dog shows. I love to be able to go see the European boxers, they are absolutely beautiful. When we move back to the states and are looking to add another boxer to our home I will be getting a European boxer.

I love living in Europe with my dogs, to be able to take them every where I go is absolutely fabulous; and they love it. The socialization for them is also great, helps build a wonderful well mannered dog. The boys favorite past time is going to Starbucks and McDonalds LOL.

Sorry I'm a complete dork and I do apologize (I'm home sick from work so a little spaced out). Reggie will be 6 on the 14th not 7 on the 25th. Our other dogs, birthday is the 25th, I knew I would start to switch the two, LOL. But I don't kno how I added a yr to his age, Yikes.

They are all very good and get along wonderfully, they sleep together too. Pigmy doesn't often sleep on the puppy pile unless they is a blanket on top, but she will curl up on just one of them, I have so many pictures of her sleeping on one or the other.

Plus they all know "stay". Yes, my cat know stay, and several other commands like sit, down, come. She doesn't understand that she's not a dog LOL. So all I do is grab a treat, position, tell them stay, hold up treat and snap away. The basenji is actually the complicated one, he's still young so he's bouncy.
