We own a female boxer who is now 9 months old. When she was 3 months old, she had head tremors, which worried us a lot. She used to have these tremors, whenever sitting, befor falling asleep, or lying, tens of times a day, but not when she was asleep.
Of course, this worried us a lot, and we rushed to our vet, who had never seen such a thing on a boxer, and called the best Animal hospital in Israel, which is affiliated to the vet school. There is a neurologic vet doctor there, who suggested we brought the puppy for an examination under anaesthesia. But we did not want to do so, because the puppy was so happy, did not seem to suffer from the tremors, and developed just as expected.
I am glad to say, that without has disappeared with time.
Our Tana is a happy, good hearted and lively dog now.
I am sure there are more boxer owners who experience such head tremors, and worry just like we did. I hope our case is not the only one and that all the others dogs will be as healthy and normal as our Tana.
This is our first Boxer after many other dogs. We too, think, that a boxer has quite a different behavior, and we love it. She "talks" constantly, and shows her love to us in so many ways.
