Titus is addicted to apples and banana's. The other day after going to the store, I was unloading and putting all the new food away as Titus watched. I put the banana's on the table, like always. For the next 30 minutes, Titus barked at the bananas, finally (bad, bad me) I gave him one b/c in the past he have NEVER liked it and I thought I'll show you. Well he peeled it an ate the whole thing. Now each night he sits by the table waiting for a banana. He also loves apples now too...

How often does everyone else's babies get fruit? I don't want to let him have too many!

Chloe loves fruit too... SHe gets apples - I peel them (she's a baby alright), cut them into little cubes and freeze them - and give her some fresh apples in the process... She also LOVES oranges; you should see the look on her face! CHloe has had strawberries - and she licked the floor when I dropped a pinapple (I chose not to give it to her - because I know that pinapple irritates my lips; so why take the chance with her)...

Now bannanas - different story. As much as she likes them - and she does; I keep them away from her. She tends to throw up after: and I think the reason is that she swollows big chunks with out chewing... and they're slimy in her throat? I don't know....

But - she definately is a fruit lover!

Add Vegas to the list too. Bananas and clementines are his favorite but he also loves grapefruit and apples too.

He doesn't get them very often because they have negative effects on his
gas. Robin made the mistake of giving him some clementines the day we were going on a 5 hour car trip. It was cold outside but we drove most of the way with the window cracked open

So far Kirra LOVES apples, yes I peel and then quarter them too - she loves to munch on them. She loves banana's, carrots, brocoli. My Dakota used to love cantelope, strawberries and blueberries mixed together, oh and watermelon really topped the list!! Everyone around here thinks my dogs are weird cause they eat veggies and fruit?? Oh well, I know their healthy

Add another one! Sirus is crazy about fruit. He doesn't get it very often...but loves it none-the-less. Oranges, Grapefruit, and Apples are his favorite. He never really got into Strawberries. I tried to give him one and he took it, dropped it, and just looked at it on the floor. Not sure if it was too tart for him or what! But I dunno...'cause he LOVES lemons! Which really is a sight to see! He looks at me with that bitter face (yup, the same one that people get!)...but just keeps coming back for more! Crazy boy!

Tae likes apples and banans, as well. I usually cut both into small pieces and stuff the pieces into her kong, then freeze. I also give her both fresh, sometimes putting some into her food.

Carrots are not so popular and usually end up in tiny pieces on the dining room floor! This evening, though, she surprised me by eating a piece of carrot. Spinach leaves are taken into the mouth and immediately spit out. What I don't get is how she can inhale a treat without eating it, but she won't even contemplate injesting a spinach leaf!

our little boo loves fruit also. Every halloween she sits patiently while we carve the pumpkins waiting for a bite. She also loves apples!!! Our other two don't though. i always thought it was weird but reading the other posts i guess not!
