I thought the show was funny too, very odd at times, but funny. I was kind of embarrassed for the poor German Shepherd with the fertility problems while he was at the vet.

Oh, my yes! I have only been able to catch it once but I soooo loved it. It is definitely on my list of "must see shows when I can". This may be the show that drives me to learn how to program and tape shows.

The Bravo channel has some of the greatest shows :D Project Runway, Queer Eye, etc. I've only seen one episode of ShowDog Mom's & Dad's too. It was the one with the couple and their Whippet (or was it a greyhound?) Anyway, it was pretty interesting to watch all the little "trick's of the trade"!

I've watched it. I have no idea where they found those people??? But, I can honestly say, none of my friends are such complete wackos as they managed to find??? Dog show people can be a little strange, but nothing like those on the show.

While I watched it, I had to giggle. It was like watching a really bad sitcom.
I'm in full agreement with Draymia. Us show people are a little intense, but geeze, I don't know anyone that extreem. They make us out to be looney tunes.
Fun to watch, but nowhere near the reality.
I do like the Mom and Jr handler team though, at least she's trying to teach the kid the reality of it- that you don't always get your wins.

OMG! - I saw that last night!

LOL...I was flipping through the channels and saw that - there was a couple (Ryan and Nate I believe) and they brought their 2 pups into the dentist to have their teeth whitened...hilarious!
It was cute.

I agree, it's just so stupid and out there that it's funny to watch. The gay guys are really annoying the way they fight, OMG and the woman with the Weimaraner!! Like oz4lines said the mother and junior handler are good, they're about the only "normal" people on the show. I was hoping there would be other people on there, (like with Boxers :D ) but so far the 2 episodes that have been on have been about the same wackos.
