Happy 40th!! It's a great age, trust me. Hope you have a great party. I bet the dogs will be excited to meet so many people!

They won't be meeting them thankfully, it's being held in a function suite in a hotel. They will meet my outlaws though, father in law is a bit frail and has altzeimers (sp?) Might have to shut the dogs in the conservatory until they calm down as the boys get a tad excited with strangers :rolleyes:

In a hotel...even better!!!! No worries about driving home, huh??

We didn't stay at the hotel as it's only down the road from ours.
I was well trollied, can't remember much of the night at all but when I look at the photo's friends are emailing me I had a whale of a time by the looks of things. And I did karaoke, badly, seen the video :LOL:
Got in though and tripped in the garden so now have a fat lip. All Sunday was spent laying on the sofa sleeping off the worst hangover ever :)

Sounds like you had a Wonderful Time especially if you can't recall much of it :LOL: Friends are great for reminding us what a good time we had (or what a fool we made of ourselves!!!!)
I wouldn't include getting a fat lip part of a great time though :LOL:
Would love to see the video and pictures...hehe
