Somedays it seems as if it was just yesterday that we brought you home and I question myself where did time go? The day that you came home Syd Mommy was so happy but yet had a hard time adjusting and there is not a day that goes by that I do not think of your first few weeks home and feel some type of guilt. It is no secret to anyone how much that I love and treasure my Sweet Samantha and I wondered so many days how I could ever love another as much as I love her.
Well, my precious little Syd you truly have proved me wrong.lovicon I love you like there is no tomorrow and you and I have a completely different bond than Samantha and I do and I am very thankful for that. I would never compare you to one another because you both are so different in many ways
You are the one that always greets me first when I come home, you are the one that licks the tears from my face when I am having a tough day. You are the one that comes up to me for no reason and just wants to be by my side. You have always been my little cuddle bug and can never seem to get close enough. Every time I turn around you are always there and I can always count on you to put a smile on my face.
Many times I feel sad for you Syd because I feel like you were robbed of your puppy hood due to all the medical issues that you had and you could just never seem to get a break. I want to thank you for being the fighter that you were through each and every obstacle that we faced together.
I am so proud of you and I cannot thank you enough for turning out to be the wonderful young man that you have become.
