We have had the same thing today at the park, poor Millie, she is the most softest, nice natured dog ever, and I'm so proud of her...We had a lovely long walk, and went to the park (different one from our normal one where everyone knows her) Where... all the nasty 'im gonna tear you to shreds' yip yap dogs were hastily drawn away from Millie....Then a HUGE great saint Bernard type dog came along, and the owners literally dragged him away from her, the woman said 'come on teddy bear, come away', like she was a threat to a dog that size!...We wore her out with a good game with her ball, and left....People are so ignorant of breeds, and I find it really hurtful when they look at Millie in distaste, It would be obvious to anyone with a shred of knowledge on dog behaviour that she poses no threat to anyone, and is just wanting to play....I have lost count of times I have bit my tongue so hard, that I swear I have a mouthful of blood...I actually think some of their dogs are ugly, ill trained and lacking in the basics of socialization...but the difference is, my mum brought me up well,

unlike some of these idiots..who think they have a right to comment loudly about a perfectly well behaved animal....You have to feel sorry for their dogs, being owned by people who don't even understand dog behaviour, and worse still think that any dog of the 'bull breeds', must be a menace
