First off, I will say this is not our first time on BoxerWorld. My Emma and I were members years ago, and a major move due to family illness and life change simply made keeping up impractical. It has been five years since my father passed, and another major move has us slowly returning to some degree of normalcy, so.....

Emma will be nine on November 30, now officially a senior Boxer. I tell people she's my soul mate, and they think I'm joking. I call her "Boxer times two," as she has always been a bit on the hyperactive side even for a Boxer. She joined me at eight weeks of age, and it has been challenging at times, but she has always brought joy to my life, even in tougher times. There has never been a day that she hasn't made me laugh. As the commercial says, "Priceless." Indeed! Hello again, wonderful dog people!

Welcome to BW from W. Michigan!! Ive only been here a few days and my boy just turned 1 on August 4th. Started home cooked meals last week due to allergies and learning a lot on here!

Thanks, MichBoxerMom, and welcome to yourself as well. I love BW and really missed it during the years gone...such a wealth of information, and dog people are the best! Yes, the Boxer system can be pretty sensitive. I'm transitioning mine over to a grain-free food. I'm just not fond of all the fillers and additives in so many dog foods. I do the home-cooked chicken and rice when Emma has GI upsets, and she loves it. They're absolutely worth every effort, being the wiggling bundles of joy that they are! I hope the home cooking gets your baby on the right track.
