Greetings from Arkansas

We have only owned one boxer. His name was Gunnie. He passed away four weeks ago. He was 12 and a half years old and everyone loved Gunnie. He went every where we went if it was a trip by car. His headstone came in today and I will bury his ashes in our pasture where he used to lay and watch me mow. The vet gave us a dogwood tree in his honor I will plant by him. This is the first time my wife and I have not had a child, cat or dog at our house in 36 years of marrige.
Sat. my wife and our 2 and a half year old grandson picked out a two week old boxer puppie. We can't wait to pick him up. This dog will not replace Gunnie, but just become a new friend and member of the family.
