A happy (and hot) good morning from Kansas City. We are fairly new owners of a flashy fawn female named Tessa. She's 3 1/2 months now and aside from the usual we're so happy to have her!

We have 5 human children (15,13,12,9 and 6) so she's getting a lot of love and attention. We're really excited about owning our first boxer. It's been great meeting other local boxer owners and I'm happy to have found boxerworld.com to meet and chat with more of you.

Welcome. My experience has been that boxers are great family dogs. My youngest child has grown up with a boxer and he could do anything he wanted to her and she would just sit there. He even dressed her up in his doctor gear and she let him. Great choice for family dog.

Love your username too....coming from a boxer owner and long time soccer mom.
