With our recent experience with a breeder just 3 weeks ago. We ended up buying a sick puppy, and after extensive vet bills we unfortunately had to release our pup to the hospital. My question is this, How to tell a good breeder vs a bad one? What are some questions we can ask, and signs we can look for so this doesn't happen again. Eventually we would like to get another boxer pup, just need the right information when it comes to the breeder.

Sometimes it is difficult to find a good breeder. They should be showing their dogs and only be breeding to better the breed, not just to produce puppies. Unfortunately, that usually means that they don't breed very often, so you usually have to wait for your puppy. You need to make sure that that the breeder does all the necessary health testing, heart, hips and thyroid.
You might want to consider adopting a rescue. At least then you usually know what health issues you are dealing with.
