Wow, I had no idea that so many people wanted German names for their babies. I named Shotze cause my Dad was stationed in germany and said it meant sweetheart. I have also had a Minu (not sure of the spelling) but it was German also. Im now in the process of finding a German boy name for a male I intend on getting later. Jaeger sounds like a good one to me.

Heidi
Hilga or Hilda
Barbara (Barb for short)... I dont like this for a dog name, but I know someone who's bichone is named Barbara.
Fritz... I know someone with a Female PitBull named Fritzie

The Greman ones I really like are:
Aubrey
Ava
Jenell
Ilse (i think this one is pretty)
Schmetterling (means butterfly) call her Schmetz for short
Uta (Fortunate made of battle)

I'm gonna have to go for Heidi because of the obvious! However, we did not name her that..she came with the name and I always thought who would name their dog, Heidi, but I love it now and if I ever get any more boxers I will give them human names that are inaccordance to their german heritage!
