I was curious, assuming they get along well, is it double the trouble or do they entertain themselves?

I often wonder the same. We only have one right now but she adores our neighbors dog when they come over for playdates. Then its action non stop. I wonder if they would ever calm down :)

Super Boxer
We added another boxer, Dino, when Rocco was 4 and Dino was almost 1. That was almost 6 months ago. I guess I'd say it can go either way. They love to play with each other, but they are also very jealous. When I sit on the couch, they both try to get in my lap. Or if Rocco is laying in my lap, Dino stands there and cries and barks. That part drives me up a wall, even though I love having them sit with me. Rocco will sometimes give a warning growl when Dino tries to barge in on us. There's also jealousy over toys. Sometimes they play tug of war together with toys, but then other times Rocco will growl if Dino gets too close to him when he has a toy. They eat side by side with no problem. Rocco, the older one is more jealous than Dino. He has gotten grumpier in his "old" age.

I just love hearing the stories of people with 2 or more boxers. I'm always curious about the interaction, too!:)

We just added a second boxer. Sydney is almost 4 months old and Atlas is almost 7 yrs old. They are getting along pretty good together. They are both jealous of each other and the puppy likes to bite Atlas on the ears and neck. Atlas will let her know when he is getting tired of her messing with him but he has never bit her. They will drink water together but I have not tried to feed them together yet. They play together really rough and it sounds like they are going to tear each other up. Sometimes I have to give them time out because Atlas is getting up there in age. I think he acts younger since we got Sydney though. They are alot of work but well worth it.

2 Dogs is ALOT of work but mine are both very young pups. I would never change a thing except I would not do 2 young ones again while having a toddler running through the house too ! LOL

We have an occasional tiff from Duke being a tiny bit dominant and a bit rough sometimes, but all in all it's GREAT. When I see how they can be the best of buds 98% of the time and always look out for each other it's so fun! It helps that my Sarge is VERY laid back though. I can't imagine 2 Duke's ! lol He's my wild one !

I don't have two boxers; but I have a boxer and a lab-mix! I can tell you that's the best decision we've ever made (to get a companion for the single dog). They occupy each other and play together so well! I see them both getting so much exercise while playing together on top of their daily walks. I'm not sure that I'll ever own just one dog again! ;)

For the most part they entertain each other. However, when Koda gets tired of Miya it's AWFUL! She starts bugging us more than Koda ever did.
