Boxer Pal
Hello Group,
My name is Amanda and I am from the U.S. Virginia to be exact. My family and I became proud owners of Boxer puppy in August. He is now 5 months old and his name is Gunner.
I can't explain how we decided to get a Boxer, because I am not really sure myself. It just kinda happened and happened quickly. We were not looking into getting a dog, I had no idea what a Boxer even was, and knew absolutely nothing about dogs, except that they pooped outside. LOL!
I received an email from a friend about the 7 week old puppies that were in need of good homes. Of course pictures were attached and once we saw the picture of Gunner we fell in love instantly. He came home with us the following week.
I can say that I never knew true loyalty until we got Gunner. He truly is my best friend. I am so fascinated with the breed. He fit perfectly into our family, almost like that missing puzzle piece. Well, that's still up for debate with the cat.
So as I continue to learn new things about Boxers, I decided to join the forum to get some much needed advice from the experts and share my love for Boxers with others.
I'd like to thank you all for letting me join the forum and I am excited to get to know all of you and your Boxer babies.
