Entering the world of owning a Boxer!

Santa Claus brought my 6-year-old daughter a 5-week-old Boxer named Moose for Christmas. He was young to be taken from his mom, but he was ready and so was his mom. It was her third litter and I was told she was over it. My family could not be happier with the choice of a Boxer. I have only ever heard great things about them and seen for myself. We also have one other dog. She's a 9-year-old mixed lap dog. So far all she wants to do is ignore our new addition to the best of her ability.

Welcome to Boxer World!!! Our oldest dog(DJ) also avoided our Tank like the plague. Before long, he warmed up to him and even tried to show his old man strength while they battled for the tug rope(old man still had it ). Again, welcome to the boards.
