Email notifications

I can't turn off the email notifications... ARG!!! HELP PLEASE I get an email notification when someone has posted a reply :rolleyes:

Click on the "User CP" link, then select the "Edit Options" link on the right hand side of the page. Once there, look for the heading "Default Thread Subscription Mode" and select the type of notification you wish using the pull-down menu. Be sure to click outside that box before using the scrollig wheel on your mouse. (if you have one). then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes"
