Easy, great cheesy dip

This is my traditional New Years Day dip. The only way I get my pork on Jan 1st. (I don't do saurkraut sp?).

1 block of Velveeta 32 oz.
Bob Evans Zesty Hot Sausage
Evaporated Milk

Melt cheese, fry sausage and add to cheese, empty can of ev. milk into mix and melt completely, I use a crock pot. Eat with Tostitos restaurant style chips.

Yummy, great for get togethers. Also keeps in fridge for a few days and makes a great snack after microwaving.

That sounds yummy! I make something similar, but I use Velveeta, a jar of salsa, cooked hamburger and (the secret ingredient) a can of cream of mushroom soup! You just put it all in a crockpot and let it melt together. It always disappears quickly when I bring it to a party. I'm definitely going to try your recipe!
