Don't get TOO comfortable.

I bought my first boxer at 9 weeks and he is now about 22 weeks and absolutly love him, wouldn't trade for anything in the world. I treat him as if he is human, he's allowed on the couch and he sleeps with me and my girlfriend in bed.

At first I think he felt lucky to be on the couch and the bed but now I feel lucky to be on the couch or bed. In bed he stretches out in between my and my gf the opposite way we are sleeping. My gf and I are always pushed to the very ends of the bed while he is stretched out completely AND snoring.

On the couch he does the same thing. Our couch has 3 cushions, he gets 2 cushions or more and I get whats left.

Anybody else have a bed hog?

LOL - too funny, you've just describes tons of boxers!! Isn't it amazing what we do for our boxers and what we let them get away with!!

only everyone with a boxer i'd say...... just wait til he gets older and bigger and you have a 4 stone dog sprawled across your bed and you can and you've got a 2cm stretch of bed and no dovet!!!!!!! and when you go to shove them over they go into a dead weight and it is impossible!!!!!!

Still got to love them!!!!!

To cute my little Sadie is also a bed hog when she sleeps with me, she's going on seven months and is showing more independence daily, the last couple of weeks she's been sleeping in her chair in the living room then jumps in bed with me around 2:30 0r three, mommys sad :( I miss the snugle cudle and saying good nite.

Wilson is a sweetie even if you need him to move. Abby however, she is the best with people, but if she is in my parents bed and you try to move her, she starts growling like she is going to kill you! She will even pull her lips over her teeth, but it's been 2 1/2 years now, and my mom still pulls her off w/out any bites

bed what bed??????i have a little corner and my 2 66 pound boxers sinbad and sierra have the rest and lay on top of me too!!!!!wouldnt have it any other way......

Harley has his own couch and bed, although this does not stop him trying to get on to ours.

The other night he was running mad outside, ran straight in with muddy paws, upstairs and jumps all over our bed. The bed linen was cream. The wife was not too impressed. 10pm and we are washing bed linen.

You got to love them though, when they give you that adoring look.
