I was browsing some info on Cesar Millan and noticed on his site that he is active with a rescue in Los Angeles. A lot of the dogs live with him and have received his training. I think its great that he is helping the rescue out like that. I would think more people might be interested in adopting a dog he has worked with.

DH and I are hooked on watching his show. We have it Tivo'd. He does do some amazing things with some very aggressive dogs. I love his "pack". He has some very good looking dogs. My fav is the pit bull with one eye-I think he's cute!!!

Yes,he also helped with some of the stressed out Katrina dogs rescued in Louisiana. I believe he still fosters a few.

LOL-just remember the show is edited and it takes more than 30 minutes to retrain a dog.
Although I don't agree with all his methods. I do watch his show too.

Yes!! I think that dog is so cute! His name is "popeye" and he is one of the dogs available for adoption. His other pit bull, "Daddy" is one of my favorites also.

Daddy actually belongs to the rapper RedMan. He stays with Cesar when he's on the road. I personally love Cesar Millan and understand that many people on BoxerWorld aren't huge fans of his methods. I wish he would offer his views on some basic puppy issues. I tivo the show all the time too!

wow Daddy belongs to Redman how'd you find that out? Being that I'm a 20 something yr old white male living in the suburbs of NH, I love Redman. Just like Sidhewlf said enjoy the show but don't try his techniques at home. I also Tivo them all I love his happy ending stories its my way to get in a fix of dogs without having to watch animalcops or whatever.

I too watch the show whenever I can, he does some amazing things for dogs with serious problems. And yeah, the shows are edited way down, but thats TV for ya.

I think some of his methods may be a bit harsh, but considering the severity of the problems he's dealing with, it may be waranted, IMHO. Debatable, I know, but given the choice between Ceasar and euthanasia or crowding shelters, I'd chose Ceasar.

And I'd take Dog Whisperer over Animal Cops anyday!! Yikes, I start tearing up with in 5min watching that show. My favorite part of Cops though, is when the abusers get arrested. HA. B*****DS!

It was actually on an episode of the Dog Whisperer (I don't know if it was a new one or not) that said that Daddy was actually RedMan's dog and Luigi belongs to Will Smith & Jada. I thought that was some cool trivia!
