MY THEORY...

Here is my theory on this one...Apollo had many brothers and sisters and was the runt. He always got shafted on the food end from what the breeder said so he would take a mouthful and walk over by himself to eat it. That way, he would get food no matter what. Just a guess but I'm guessing it goes back to when they were bred and competition for food...

Yup Zeke and Zoey do this every time they eat I thought it was just Zeke but when we got Zoey she did it too. I have no idea why they do this, but at least they have started to clean up after themselves

Samson does the same thing. When he eats some of the food falls back into the bowl. Then, a few pieces fall out when he walks away from the bowl. The worst part is when he is about 6 feet from the bowl, ha ha ha, the slimey pieces continue to drop on the floor. Now, I don't mean to make any readers sick, but I am going to tell you what happens next. Samson never picks the food up that he drops, instead, Delilah high-tails it into the room and eats it off the floor. Samson's lips and jaws are a lot larger than Delilah's and I think that is what causes him to drop food. Water is the same way. It will practically run back out in streams after he drinks. Or, I'll really get gross here, the slobber runs down in "strings." He's a messy guy, but we love him

I love all the pacular things boxers do, however I feel like chloe is a misfit because she doesnt do this with her food I guess that bad to make up for it She just dribbles her water everywehere.
Oh wait, does drooling out milbones count. I actually just stepped on a slimy crumb of a m.b. last night. Phew, i guess she isnt as misfit as i thought!!!
