Does he look like a mix?

I hope this would be the right area to post this message. I was looking at boxers on Petfinder. Check out this one. It says he's a boxer/lab mix, but he looks like a reverse brindle to me. Let me know what you think.

Since he looks well cared for and sounds like he is trained maybe the owner will claim him eventually.

Looks like a boxer to me but maybe a long nose. It is hard to tell with the fence in the way. Looks like a good looking dog to me. If the person is so dumb to not take the dog out of the crate then they may not know what kinda dog they got either.

I was looking at him last night and thinking the same thing, reverse brindle. He looks like a boxer, I just don't see lab.

We adopted our Odin at that same shelter last Feb. They aren't very skilled at photography, . When I saw Odin on their petfinders list I thought he was well...a little homely. And I still haven't figured out why they don't take the dogs out before they snap their pictures.

Another problem with this shelter is that they do not do heartworm tests, etc. Odin had whipworms, hookworms, and tested heartworm positive when he came home but the shelter had him neutered. Still haven't figured that one out either. Oh well, I'm sure they do what they can. I would adopt from them again.

I was going to bring this boy up to my dh tonight when he gets home. We just took our foster Louise to her new home Wednesday and it's way too quiet here now with just one dog.

Looks like reverse brindle to me too. I don't think he's mixed with anything. He's very handsome too. Hope he's found a new home!
