Spouse and family both think I'm nuts! When we went to the snow last weekend I was worried that she would be too cold (bundled her up in my jacket and a blankie) and got upset when she ate my parents big dog food that she might get sick! My Mom had the nerve to say "she's a puppy!". I think they were all hoping that when the novelty wore off I'd lighten up, but given what I've read here it doesn't appear that way! Of course they should have known better..... not a night goes by that I am not hanging off the edge of my bed as I would not want to disturb the cats who are comfortably stretched in the middle of it!! You know you've truly lost it when your puppy jumps up on the bed, lays down on YOUR pillow, and you let her! Ah, but the stiff neck is worth all the love in return!!
