Oh, I feel your pain. Louie is a SPAZ!!!!! When people come over, he trys to jump, but he's gotten really good at the "off" command. So, my friends all just say "off", and he will do the funniest thing. He'll start acting sort of like a horse. You know how they keep their back feet on the ground, but then jump up with their front legs, and back down, and back up, and back down.... this is what he does. He doesn't touch you, but he acts like he's going to. It's obnoxious. I hope that they do calm down, because so far, he's a total spaz. But if it makes you feel better, I have "heard" that they calm after 2-3 years.. but I know mine won't...ever.

I was going to ask the opposite question! Simon is five months, and officially dubbed "the laziest puppy in the world". Eating breakfast is enough to tire him out and send him to nap on the couch for a few hours. I've never seen him awake for more than three hours in a row. And actually, an hour is pretty unusual.
