Disturbing.....Dog Killers

I live in Michigan and was so disturbed to read this. There is really nothing more that I can say. I hope they catch this evil person.

This is just terrible!! You know, this is a murderer...animals or humans...a life is a life. Whoever it is, it is obvious that he/she is intentionally stealing animals to inflict pain, torture and death upon them. Praying they find some leads to put an end to this madness! :mad:

The nine dogs include three Rottweilers and three pit bulls. Hilgendorf noted that while both kinds of dogs can make good pets, they also are considered "bully breeds" and can be common "among young men who probably have aggressive tendencies." She declined to say whether that was considered significant to the investigation.

The above quote is just wrong on so many levels. Could almost be translated to say that ALL young men probably have aggressive tendencies if they have a "bully breed" dog as a pet. Doesn't bode well for young men or bully breeds.

This story as a whole is so very sad. The culprit(s) are evil, plain and simple. The reporting is in need of work. I wish reporters would stick to a story verses embellishing it with unneeded and biased info.

I hope the authorities find the guilty parties.

This sort of thing absolutely just makes me ill. This is just my opinion, but I feel that for crimes of animal abuse/neglect/torture, etc. the punishment should fit the crime. If you beat your dog, then you yourself should be beat. Whatever you do to the animals should be done to you. That's just how I feel about it.

Of course, honestly, I like most animals way more than I do most people : )
