Boxer Insane
When I was 16, may dad moved us all to another city 400 miles away because of his job promotion. We lived there for 16yrs before my father passed away suddenly (massive coronary). My dad was buried in our hometown and within a few months of his death, my mother moved back to our hometown...then my brother...then my other brother...then my sister. One other brother was already back in our hometown before my mom moved back. So that left 1 more brother and myself still 400 miles away. Within 2yrs, I made the move back to our small hometown because I missed my family terribly! After everybody moved back home, I felt lost and totally disconnected and that big town was not home for me. I so totally understand how you are feeling right now. My family has a pack mentality and we usually stick together...

Since moving back is not an option for you, take comfort in knowing that it DOES get easier with time. It's only been 2 months for you (must seem like 2yrs..I know
) Keep yourself busy like you have been and turn to your bf for support when you need it. Communicate with your family via phone, email or good ole postal service, as much as possible. Good luck to you in your future and know that you will be fine.
