loulou- let me find out from rescue, i dont know. i will get back to you on that one, or maybe someone that also does herbs on here can tell you. re: the itching, she might have allergies and it might not be mange, its hard to say, if it is allergies you might want to think about changing her food. someone here can give more advice on that one ill get back to you

Demodex is quite easily treated (in cases of small patches) with real lemon juice and water....just spritz three or four times daily. For tough cases, tea tree oil and/or eucalyptus oil can be added.

Good luck with the dips...you will still want to boost her immune system (vitamin C, vitamin B complex, etc.) as the dips can be really hard on the immune system.

I'm sorry I am responding to such an old post, but I was just doing a search on demodex mange and found this link. My 11-month boxer baby has it and is on his second dip and I am getting nervous. How did things turn out for you? Did you try the Herbal Mineral Trace? I've just been doing the dips and have found out from reading a bunch of threads that I also need to boost the imune system. I'm going to try Missing Link added to his Pet-tab, but am willing to try the Herbal Mineral Trace too if it worked at all for you. Let me know.
