Dealing Dogs on HBO!!!

it's absolutely horrid, these people should without a doubt be convicted like any other typical murderer. Fines, that is inadequate in my opinoin, the people involved should be locked away for life, the police precint should also be investigated for allowing such practices to proceed. How horrible for all those animals. I watched only the 2 min clip and was appalled, it made me want to shoot them.

I watched it last night, and I thought about writing a thread about it, too. I just sobbed the whole time and couldn't bring myself to watch certain parts. I know that those people have a special place waiting for them when they leave this life. The whole documentary just made me want to hug Lilly and Max, and that's what I did.

i seen it too ,i would like it if they had to be treated like the dogs were, put them in a kennel presure hose it in cold weather just do everything they did to those sweet dogs...i can honestly say i hate them people ,i can't get the images out of my head..........

I too do not have HBO so I was unaware of this.
I watched the clip and it is all VERY horrible!!
I will check out when it might be on again and go to a friends house to watch it if I have to.

I dont understand how this kind of stuff can happen........

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend watching it if you want to sleep again any time soon. I couldn't bring myself to watch certain parts, but kept turning it back because I wanted to find out what happened to the people in the end.

Arghhhh!!

Nauseating, heart wrenching and downright sinful. I realize we are not supposed to judge but this ranks right up there with child molesters and murderers. It is difficult to fathom anyone with these capabilities. I must say, for some of us it's more difficult to stomach--and I mean literally. I have tried to volunteer at a shelter before and it caused me to be sick and emotionally depressed. Lately I have been considering another attempt---this time at a Boxer Rescue. My husband is discouraging--and NOT because he doesn't want to help--he just knows how it affects me mentally. (I am not clinically psychotic or depressed, I just have an excessively empathatic personality) We have opted to donate money until now.

I did not see the HBO show (we dont have HBO) but I saw the clip, and it is awful. I can't say I will NEVER own a puppy agian, they are sooo sweet and I love having puppy antics in the house......but I will def. do more research next time, and maybe I will even consider fostering now!

I saw this the other night on HBO right before I was about to go to sleep. Very sad. My girlfriend was also very sad after that show after letting go some tears. Every dog lover should see this documentary to know what's going on in some of these kennels. I don't know how the undercover guy did it! I would have beat down all those guys that were working for CC Baird. It's so sad how slow it took for authorities to show up and for the conviction against the Kennel. I hope this will open up America's eyes and put an end to all this kind of abuse!

I was thinking the same thing last night. I don't see how they handled it calmly either--If I had been there...not that I go around smacking people but that kind of anger is difficult to keep in. I know my husband wouldn't been able to either.
