Cure for tiredness?

I wake up tired almost everyday, I have an anemia problem so I am like Rocky's Mom I need iron and I take 650mgs a day to try to get my blood levels up. You could have an anemia problem it is not at all uncommon in women especially. If this continues, and you can't find a reason why you are so tired, I would think, a checkup would be in order. You are never too young to get sick, better safe then sorry. Good luck and hope that you find yourself wide awake here real soon.

Oranges stop you yawning. :)

I guess that's down to the Vit C, so look into your diet, & change a few things.

Multibionta is a good vitamin to buy, & they sell it in the supermarkets. Just add it in your trolley next time you're shopping, & take 1 a day. :)

Well, here is my "two cents" worth...

I feel that way occassionally, and when I do, I listen to my body. If it wants to sleep, I just let it sleep. And yes, I feel guilty about it... I should have done this, or that, or I wasted a whole day. But I ignore those feelings of guilt. If my body is tired, it's tired.

I think spending a weekend sleeping is just fine. BUT, I would be careful and pay attention to it too. If it lasts for days or weeks at a time, something else may be going on, and I'd see a doctor!

But I think if you are feeling fine (mentally and physically), I wouldn't worry about it.

Just "sleep it off"!! ;)

I agree totally, I have days like this, your body is telling you that you need to rest.

I struggle with some wierd health and exhaustion issues too, and am a stay home mom. But even when I was working 2 and 3 jobs I had tiredness issues too. One thing I find that really helps is to stay hydrated, not with sodas or sugary things, but plain old, good for you WATER!! Also, not eating too many carbs/sugars, as I find that makes me crash in the afternoons really bad. Find a good supplement to take, vitamins and a calcium supplement, and eat lots of fruits and veggies and healthy protien. And of course, always go for a yearly check up and blood work. Women are prone to so many issues; calcium and iron and vitamin deficiences, thyroid, etc... I hope you can find another job that does not have you running so hard and that you feel better soon! :)
