*Crazy* Boxer Lady!!!

I just came back from a walk with Cami. It's beautiful and sunny even though it is only 30 degrees outside. She was full of herself and prancing because she was wearing her coat and was carrying her water bottle. A mailman gave her a biscut and told us stories about his childhood Boxer (he tells the same story everytime we see him)! We are nearing home from our mile and 1/2 walk and a van pulls into a driveway about 3 houses in front of us and it is blocking the sidewalk. This lady jumps out of her car and starts coming towards us.....She says, "I had to turn around and come back and see your Boxer"....Then she points to her shirt pocket and it has a Boxer stitched on it. She turns around and the back is also stitched with multiple pictures of Boxers.

Turns out (of course) she has 2 Boxers at home and she loves BOXER STALKING!! I told her not to worry, I was guilty of that same crime, too many times to count. Her friend was waiting in the van and when I look over at her she is just shaking her head and had a really big smile on her face. She must have been thru this before with her friend!

Cami thought she was going to get another biscut and kept sniffing the ladys pockets. Spoiled girl! LOL Wonder if there is such a thing as "poodle stalkers"??

LOL...I used to take Kiddo for walks through town. You meet some really wonderful people that way...about the poodle stalkers-there is a lady who walks her 2 "yipyips" daily and most people give her a wide berth ...while Kiddo would have a crowd....gotta love'em!

That's great....Cami was a star today :D I'm a terrible boxer stalker too. My husband used to give me a really hard time about it, saying people are going to think your some kind of a weirdo but now, he's just as bad I'll never forget his first time. He calls and says guess what, your not even going to believe it, I boxer stalked. I'm all "honey I'm so proud of you". Geez, I am a weirdo huh,

I have done the same thing..passed a Boxer..once realized it was a Boxer throw the truck in reverse and back up to the owner and the Boxer! I can only imagine what these people were thinking..what kind of is this haahaa Glad to hear its not just me who does this.

Well, not just boxers. Petey and I sometimes walk with Sitka, a husky, and his mom. There is a woman a few blocks from here who stalks Sitka. I accused her once of being a husky stalker and she did admit to it. Good person, she does husky and malamute rescue. And she also loves our Petey.

Guilty! My wife and I circled the block after we saw someone turn the corner walking 2 boxers this weekend. Two BIG boys (kinda glad we got our girl).

I had something similar happen when Cassius was a puppy. A Jeep was coming down our alley and stopped. A guy and his girlfriend came running over with their adult boxer. The guy was laying on the ground wrestling with my dog. The whole time he had the alley blocked and three cars behind him were honking. Finally when people started coming out of their cars he decided to move his car. I knew at that moment that Boxer lovers were one of a kind.
