Hey guys just got back from the vet visit. He took some blood to run a few tests, listened to her heart, checked her eyes, all the good stuff, then decided he'd do a ultrasound to see if her heart is enlarged. From the looking at Clio's heart, she does not have an enlarged heart and does not have a heart murmur of any kind he said. Which leaves us to another question, what made her have a seizure? He said because both occurances were from running outside and running hard it could be that her heart did not get enough oxygen and their for she had a seizure, also because her seizure was not long at all and how she got up so fast and was not disorriented that as in most cases, he said to keep her running down but still take her for her evening walks and to have shorter play times with lots of rest in between. And that if happens again within a shorter period of time i.e the next 2 months that he'll recommend a cardio doctor to take her to. So far she's been doing great, eating like a champ and just being her normal self. So that's what he had to say, so in short she's doing alright for now, i'll keep everyone updated as to how's she's doing and if it happens again. Thanks for being there to listen to me on sunday, i really appreciate it as what happened threw me for an emotional rollercoaster and it was nice to talk to everyone about it.
