I am actually starting agility with my two year old Bailey this coming tuesday. I am really excited except that my other boxer Riley is too young to start, i have to wait untill she is 1. By the way, HoBo would never lie to you. Marita is the one that runs it and she is an angel. Let me know what she says after this weekend.

Sounds good to me, the 25th is my daughters birthday but we could do the 26th, I dont know any dog parks at all but I bet someone at Hobo rescue does. Keep us posted, Bridger has not played with another boxer since he left his litter mates. Sounds like fun, just let me know what the plan is

Okay, the 26 of August it is!!!!! I am looking into a few dog parks in the Denver area. I don't have computer acsess over the weekend but keep those replies and suggestions coming. Talk to everyone on this post Monday!!! Tell your other boxer friends!!!!

I'm Back

Okay guys, I'm back. I am still looking into a few dog parks in Denver, if anybody has any suggestions let me know. So far I have heard from alisonCO, Bobbie2, and Mandy1155. I am still waiting for a reply from samnkelli, KarenS, traciehammons, DeborahMcKown, PeteM, and Biloxi's Mom. If any one else is from Colorado let them know about this. Common guys, let's follow Southern California's lead and make this BIG!!!!!!! August 26!!!

I called Ho-Bo boxers this weekend, but there was no answer. I am going to try to call tonight because I think she is available in the evenings. I will let you know what happens!

Let me know if you hear of any good Denver agility places. Good luck with that! I can't wait to get a dog, so I can start.

I have looked into a few dog parks in Denver and the Arapahoe/Aurora dog park looks great! It is fenced with a creek, benches, trees, and all sorts of neat stuff !! I have directions for anyone who needs them. So, August 26, any time suggestions?

It sounds like the bash is coming along. I can't wait to hear all the stories and see the pictures. You guys are going to have so much fun. I wish I could go too. Oh well i'll be there in spirit. We're planning our second one for October I can't wait in the mean time I'll keep checking to see how things are going with you guys. Don't forget the cameras.

Okay guys, the first official Colorado Boxer Bash will be held at Cherry Creek Resivoir on August 26. We still need to figure out a time so I could use some suggestions. So far there are six boxers coming, but the more the merrier so tell your boxer friends. Again, feel free to e-mail me at kljaeger@hotmail.com We still have a month to go so lets make this BIG!!!!!

Hello, sorry guys, but my brother lives in Colorado, not me :(

I did mention the bash to him, and suggested he drag along his friends who also just so happen to have a Boxer puppy! I will keep him posted on the details, as he does not have a home computer to access the info!

My family just got a boxer who is 11 weeks old and we live right by CCR. I would really like to bring him but he may be overwelmed by all the bigger dogs so i will have to play it by ear. Please put me down as a maybe.
